Need Help With Italian Stovetop Pressure Cooker

I purchased italian stovetop pressure cooker. Instructions not easy. Foreign language. Lid was hard to get off initially. Anyone with experience on how to use it? Is it diswasher safe? Would love tips and experience. I own but haven’t used it yet.
