One loaf or two that is the question.
I am very confused. Recipe looks great. Video shows her dividing dough in half and making two loaves. Written recipe says nothing about dividing the dough. So which is it and what size banner is should be used if it’s one loaf and what size if two? I’d love to make this next weekend so any help is appreciated.

But as recipe has many steps and much handling of dough, I'd make single loaf until I got the feel of the recipe.
10" basket for single loaf.
Maybe 2 of those (generally more useful) for two loaves.
Or smaller baskets, if you can find them and will have use for them.
Checked online merchants.
Many 10" (oval or round) baskets available.
Fewer round baskets out there, usually 8 to 10" diameter.
Again, get the size you will use most
