How would you half the recipe? Half a jar of peanut butter, half a jar of jam, and one egg?

I was going to say simply, "That should work," but when I looked at the comments, I began to think otherwise. Someone made a smaller batch using one egg and reduced quantities of the other two ingredients, which worked. Please scroll down the comments in the recipe for more information.
