Question about rhubarb lime spritzer

I started with frozen rhubarb. Don’t know if that was the reason, or I just didn’t keep a good eye on it, but only ended up with 1/2 cup after straining. It’s quite viscous and tasty. Should I add water to bring to 3/4 cup or let it be? I weighed the rhubarb so had exactly 3/4 lb. to start.

I would probably just use the syrup as it— you might get fewer servings-– and I’d put the sparkling water or Prosecco into the glass first, and then add the syrup to my taste.
