Has anyone tried to make this gluten free? If so, was it successful? What are your recommendations?

I haven’t made this either, but I frequently use Cup4cup to make regular recipes gluten free, and it works really well.

I have not made this particular recipe, but I have made many cakes and other baked goods using King Arthur Baking’s Measure for Measure gluten-free flour substitute. It has worked well every time, so I would not hesitate to use it to make this. There are other similar gluten-free blends out there, which I have heard from others here on Food52 also work well. ;o)
