I am incredibly frustrated. I am have placed several orders only to have each one canceled with no note. when I have reached out to customer service, I've not gotten a reply.
I’m having the same problem. After initial contact asking a lot of questions that had nothing to with my issue, I have not gotten a response in over a week, despite several follow up emails. Food52 customer service has fallen off a cliff.
Is this an order you have already placed? If so, under your profile, go to "orders" in the drop-down menu. Click on the "let us know link" in the text at the top. A window should open allowing you to send a request via a message, or you can click on the chat button on the bottom right to start a chat. Sometimes they ask to send a message instead of chatting. If the order hasn't already been placed, you can send a note to [email protected] and someone should respond rather quickly (that's been my experience). ;o)
