Missing lids for my canning jars

I ordered a dozen jars with plastic lids for canning. 12 jars arrived and six lids. I canned yesterday and could not use all the jars. Please send the six lids.
I don’t have the order number as I didn’t see one in box. I photographed the labels on the box if that helps. No markings on the hats but must be in my order profile.
