Does recipe use organic or regular aquafaba?

I've noticed that regular canned beans often have sugar added, yet organic canned beans have only water and salt added.  I prefer organic, and wonder whether the type makes any difference in the amount of sugar to add.

I looked on line at the labels of several different brands of chickpeas, and none of them had added sugar, so I think you can safely use the whole amount the recipe calls for.
