How ong can I keep cooked pasta?

Maybe longer than drbabs suggests...though I agree with her, and would not plan it, and try to use up fast.
About 3-5 days refrigerated, maximum for any cooked pasta.
Or about 1-2 months frozen.

Not very. I would try and eat it by the next day. The texture might be a bit gummy at that.
