How do you cook lava beans

Fava Beans? Shell them, blanch them. Remove the second skin by squeezing them to pop out the bean. They can be pain if yourmaking a bunch.

They're great cold/chilled with a dressing of olive oil, oregano, crushed garlic, lemon juice and feta cheese and some flat leaf parsley chopped. .
Tho, I now tend to use baby limas (frozen, and just defrosted) for that now.
