Has anyone used pork sausage odor a mix pork sausage and beef

Would like to use a mix of beef and pork. If I do will it change the fiver all flavor or. Cooking method? Thank you

I actually use a mix of pork sausage and ground beef all the time—it’s probably the version my kids enjoy most!

Thanks for the response. I should have asked if anyone has cooked the dish with a mix of ground beef and sausage (as opposed to all sausage).

In the ingredient line for the sausage, the author says either chicken or pork sausage would be fine.

That said, I think pretty much any sausage will work. For sure changing the sausage type will change the flavor so pick one that you and those joining you at your dinner table will enjoy.

It is unlikely that a sausage meat change would affect the cooking method.
