Return Destroyed in Delivery no communication

I sent multiple replacement/damage requests on Sunday for a damaged delivery but Food52 has refused to respond. I am sending the item back and will contact my credit card carrier and the Better Business Bureaus and Attorney General. Your no phone policy is not acceptable in modern commerce nor is your refusal to respond.
