No response from customer service

I contacted food52 about returns a few times in the last two weeks but I am struggling to get a response back from them. I wish I knew the customer service response was this slow because it’s absurd that I am getting no contact whatsoever besides the automated email. I cant even call a number to contact.

I am unfortunately having the same experience. I have only received part of my order although website claims all has been delivers and cannot get a response from food52 since two weeks. The money is gone. I am starting to wonder if this website is some type of a scam? Will have no other way but start a dispute with my credit card company now. So upsetting.

I have the same experience. Don't worry though, once you finally get a response you'll find that Customer Support isn't really able to help you with anything. I noticed I had the wrong address on an order immediately after receiving the confirmation and sent an email for that seconds afterward, only to be told that Food52 cannot cancel / update this information, even though several of those items only shipped out 4 weeks after I placed the order. They insist that you can make changes through UPS MyChoice, and UPS tells me that Food52 is the one that needs to make these changes. Awful experience all around.
