No response from customer service

I received a chipped plate in my order and emailed customer service to get a replacement on 2/21/23. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Food52 customer service beside the automated email from customer service. The product is great but customer service is nonexistent if you have an issues with your order. I wish I had read the other comments about zero customer service. I would have spent my money elsewhere.
