Not getting a response from customer service

One of my items was not delivered to me and I had sent an email to Food52 but can't believe they got no phone or live chat support. I am hoping that someone can reply and assist me by today.

The response I was getting was unrelated to the issue that I did not receive one of of my items. Also, still no response.
