Customer Service Phone Number

Does a customer service phone number exist so I can speak to a live human being? I submitted an inquiry online yesterday and have still not heard back. This is on top of the status of my order not being updated for a week and a half. What kind of business is this? Every other online retailer I've ever purchased from processes orders within a day or two and starts the shipping process. If I don't hear back soon, I'll just cancel my order. This is unacceptable.

I can tell you right now, I will never shop here again, I am extremely frustrated that I can’t even ask a question about my order. I’m being charged twice for delivery that’s $14 each time totalling $28 and my purchase is over $200. I can’t shop with a company that I can’t communicate with.

Neither link leads to a live chat option. It only leads to the same submission form that I already filled out. And it says you'll get back to me as soon as possible. It is absurd that nobody can get back to me within 24 hours. What sort of customer service is that. You have another 24 hours to respond to my inquiry or I will be canceling my order.

Yes, I did click the "help" button. It leads to the same submission form that I already filled out (see the photo). Not to a live chat. I'm not frustrated with you personally. I'm frustrated with a company that doesn't have the staff to talk over the phone with customers and resolve their problems. This is not the way to run a business. If there is a different link I should try, please let me know.
My comment still stands. If I can't get a status update from a live human being, I will be canceling my order.
