Is brags amino acid found in the bulk section only used for cooking or can I drink as a supplement?

If you do drink it, I'd dilute it in lots of water first.
I think of Bragg's Aminos as a non-fermented soy sauce. It is not a protein supplement -- and I'd defer questions to Bragg's, unless someone has experience with it as a drink and understands why (other than taste).
Their site talks a lot about its nutritional value, but not about drinking it as a supplement. I'd try to get in touch with someone there.
