How much salt regarding what?
The most important thing to remember about adding any salt would be: never add too much at one time, go gradually and remember to taste occassionally as you go. Added salt will taste stronger within 2 or 3 minutes in a hot dish...don't be too fast to decide if it was "enough". The morale of the story is, "You can't take it out once it has been added!!" ~Wayne
