Got a crate of very ripe nectarines that need to be eaten or processed today

I have a 4-hour window with which to save these from being food for my friends pigs, Jake and Elwood. We can eat about a dozen, but then what???

I don't care for canned nectarines because they are too grainy. They are wonderful frozen, in jams. If you have a dehydrator they are amazing dehydrated. And here is my favorite freezing recipe that should be quick and easy. http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/moms_nectarines/
