Every year I process about 50 pounds of tomatoes for tomato sauce. I have been using the recipe from http://www.animalvegetablemiracle.com/. This year I would like to try a different sauce. Anyone have a favorite recipe?

I don't can but I know I am going to make a couple batches of this for freezing: http://www.food52.com/recipes...
I also freeze rather than can, but I always make multiple batches of this for the freezer. It's an adapted version of the roasted tomato sauce from Chez Panisse Vegetables. Quite delicious, and a nice alternative to the usual simmered sauce: http://lifedivided.blogspot.com/2009/09/sauce-for-sad-tomato-season.html
