Recipe for canning tomato sauce

Every year I process about 50 pounds of tomatoes for tomato sauce. I have been using the recipe from This year I would like to try a different sauce. Anyone have a favorite recipe?

I also freeze rather than can, but I always make multiple batches of this for the freezer. It's an adapted version of the roasted tomato sauce from Chez Panisse Vegetables. Quite delicious, and a nice alternative to the usual simmered sauce:
