Made this recipe tonight for dinner, and it was wonderful! The combination of ingredients was imaginative and unique, not to mention delicious. I loved the fennel and goat cheese and mustard greens combination in this dish. I have made many quiches, and am always looking for different ingredients and variations as I get tired of making the same pies over and over. Your tart is very similar to a quiche. One caveat: I did wilt the mustard greens in the same skillet I used for the fennel. I just couldn't bring myself to dump all those dry greens into the crust without giving them a quick saute. That was my only change. Anyway, congratulations on your first recipe submission, and I look forward to trying more of your dishes in the future!

So many of my favorite ingredients in one tart. I've got a tart crust in the freezer and I now know just what I'm going to do with it..
