Breakfast quinoa is really good! For this recipe I paired fresh peaches and red quinoa and added oatmeal for extra creaminess. —Rachel Rappaport
Ingredients

peaches, peeled and sliced

1 1/2 cups
water

1/2 cup
milk

1/4 cup
red quinoa

1/4 cup
old fashioned rolled oats
Directions

Place the quinoa, peaches and water in a small saucepan. Cook for 30 minutes.

Add the oatmeal and milk. Cook until the oats are tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
