So easy and tasty! I have made this many times and it always turns out great! Sometimes I top the crepes with grated beets - delicious! Excellent plain as well. Thanks for a quick, nutritious, and yummy dish!

was so excited about this! however i made the mistake of adding a few cooked beans in at the end to thicken it and it was a complete disaster! Will make it against another day perhaps.

This was totally amazing. I actually sauteed some mushrooms/onions to put on top of it instead of the sprinkling of onion in it. I also used some (toasted) cumin seeds/shredded carrot. I love it! Definitely part of the repertoire now, thanks!

We have been making these 2-3 times a week for months now. My husband (carnivore extraordinaire), my son (picky) and I (vegetarian) love them. They are so versatile! Thank you.
