Chocolate ChaiĀ Biscotti

Author Notes: In college, my friends and I had a holiday cookie and recipe exchange, rather than a gift exchange. My roommate made amazing Chocolate Chai Latte cookies, and I made my favorite Chocolate Biscotti recipe. This Chocolate Chai Biscotti recipe combines the two. Loaded with chocolate chips and almonds, and spiked with yummy chai spices and cinnamon glaze, this biscotti is perfect with a hot chai latte.Loves Food Loves to Eat

I would love to try these biscuits. I live in Italy, do you know the composition or substitute for the Chai Latte mix?? Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Yep! Try replacing the chai mix with: 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. Hope you like them... your recipes always look amazing! =)

These are adorable as gifts: put biscotti sticks in a cute coffee mug, and attach a chai tea bag or packet of chai tea mix, and tie a bow around the handle!
