I would love to try these biscuits. I live in Italy, do you know the composition or substitute for the Chai Latte mix?? Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Yep! Try replacing the chai mix with: 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. Hope you like them... your recipes always look amazing! =)

These are adorable as gifts: put biscotti sticks in a cute coffee mug, and attach a chai tea bag or packet of chai tea mix, and tie a bow around the handle!

For more intense chai flavor, try replacing the chai mix with:
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
