This is the easiest and quickest frappe' to sip every summer night on the stup. —heirloom

Good reduced fat milk

1 cup
Chocolate ice cream

Nutmeg
Directions

Blend icecream and milk together with a blender until very smooth. Pour in a cooled tall glass and grate a little nutmeg on top. Enjoy!
