Ingredients

  • 20 Padrón Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. Clean peppers, making sure they are very dry afterwards.
  2. Heat oil in a skilllet.
  3. Add peppers, letting sit about 45 seconds or until just charred on each side.
  4. Plate and salt.
