Serves 4 as tapas
- 20 Padrón Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Clean peppers, making sure they are very dry afterwards.
- Heat oil in a skilllet.
- Add peppers, letting sit about 45 seconds or until just charred on each side.
- Plate and salt.
