Ingredients

small Israeli cucumber, thinly sliced

simple syrup, or to taste

cucumber flavored gin, like Hendricks

strong Earl Grey tea, chilled
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or mason jar. Chill. Serve over ice.
