Spending time in Northern Mexico, which I love to do as often as possible, one must come up with innovative ways to combine the local produce which can be limited.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 small ripe papaya
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 splash hot chili sauce
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
  1. Peel and seed cucumbers then slice in rough 1 inch slices.
  2. Peel and seed papaya and cut flesh into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Toss gently with lime juice, chili and salt.
  4. Enjoy.
