Squash Spice Bread

It was an adaptation from a recipe I found online, I am not sure where. However I altered it so much that it probably would be recognizable. But it is sure delicious. Spices like cinnamon and ginger add warmth and flavor. It is gluten free and dairy free!! —Witty Hunger

  • Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Teff Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter substitute
  • 1 eg

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Cream maple syrup, butter substitute, squash and egg
  3. Mix Dry ingredients together
  4. Add wet and dry
  5. grease and flour bread pan
  6. Cook for 20-30 minutes
