Wrap salmon in layers of plastic wrap, then double layer of foil so that it is water tight. I use salt, pepper and lemon slices before I wrap the fish to season it.
Run the sealed salmon through the dishwasher's cycle. It comes out perfectly cooked, moist and ready to serve or incorporate in a another dish, such as a mousse.
