Author Notes: I went to Puerto Rico for my honeymoon. When I returned I was determined to try to keep the relaxed spirit of the trip and came up with my own version of the ubiquitous rum punch. It may not be a holiday punch but it's great poolside. —Summer of Eggplant
- 1 1/4 cups light rum
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 6 tablespoons Cointreau
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, chill for 3 hours. Serve with a mango or orange wedge.
