Serves a lot

  • 4 æg
  • 225 gram honning
  • 100 gam sukker
  • 250 gram mel
  • 2 teaspoons bagepulver
  • ½ teaspoons nelliker
  • ½ teaspoons Ingefær
  • 25 gram syltet finthakket appelsinskal
  1. 3 æggeblommer, 1 helt æg, sukker og honning piskes til tykt skum.
  2. Mel og krydderier blandes, og vendes i sammen med de piskede hvider.
  3. Dejen fyldes i en lille bradepande og bages ved 150 grader i ca. 45 minutter.
  4. Pyntes med chokoladeovertræk.
