January 2, 2012

Author Notes: When I was in Florence this summer I had Ravioli in truffle cream sauce at one of my favorite restaurants ZaZa. I loved it so much I had to make it for myself when I got back. So easy and delicious you have to try it!Pretty Girls Cook

I made this last night for my daughter's 11th Birthday....we were in Italy last year and ate at ZaZa's! This was the exact thing she asked for on her bday dinner and God lead me to your website!!!! Luckily we had the truffle tartufata from our trip! And I ordered more on Amazon for the next time we make this! Thanks so much!

Great and easy recipe! Works with sour cream too, if you don't allow it to boil. Thank you!!
