I love Zaza! One of my favorite restaurants in Florence! We purchased some truffle salsa while there and found your recipe to recreate it and it was right on point! Such delicious flavors...makes me ready to go back to Italy. Thank you!

Is the salsa a mixture of black truffle and mushrooms?

would cream of mushroom work as a cream substitute for this?

My husband and I ate at ZaZa a few years ago and it was the best meal I've ever had. I'm so happy to find this recipe!!

I made this last night for my daughter's 11th Birthday....we were in Italy last year and ate at ZaZa's! This was the exact thing she asked for on her bday dinner and God lead me to your website!!!! Luckily we had the truffle tartufata from our trip! And I ordered more on Amazon for the next time we make this! Thanks so much!

Great and easy recipe! Works with sour cream too, if you don't allow it to boil. Thank you!!
