Once I got the measurements strait and mixed everything I found the batter completely dry. I decided to add milk until I reached what I considered a normal muffin batter consistency, sticky but moist. I also used sliced almonds for the nuts and Johnathan apples as that is what I had on hand. After all this, these were Amazing! I did have to put a cookie sheet underneath the muffin tin when I baked that as the topping wanted to drip off the sides. That said, I will write this one down with the changes and it will definatly be a fall treat I make from now on!

Combining standard and metric measurements is confusing. The use of cups would be helpful.

I made this and the batter appeared VERY dry - had to ad about 2 tbsp more liquid. Will update on how they taste.

This would have been better w/o the metric measures but I'll do the conversions and try it.
