Cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
Plum tomatoes,quartered and sliced
Handful black olives
tablespoons Fresh, coarsely chopped Cilantro
Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a pretty plate!
