This is a very simple recipe, but it packs a punch because Cilantro is such a flavorful herb. —Jenifer Mangione
Ingredients

Cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced

Plum tomatoes,quartered and sliced

Handful black olives

3 tablespoons
Fresh, coarsely chopped Cilantro

Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a pretty plate!
