Sweet Celery and Pineapple Sorbet

Author Notes: this is a great summer delight i love adding this to my mojitos or margaritas to add that little extra OH YEAH! El Bandido

Serves: 5


  • 2 cups simple syrup
  • 1 cup celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend smooth until it forms an even consistency, now remove mixture and strain through a fine sieve to make sure you get a smooth product. Now place base into an ice cream machine for 10 minutes, remove mixture and whisk smooth and place back into ice cream machine for an additional 30 minutes. Remove and freeze for 1 hour before use.
