Delicious Cabbage Soup recipe!

Ingredients

Carrot into small pieces

stalk celery, cubed

onion, chopped

500 ml (2 cups)
Thinly sliced green cabbage

1250 ml (5 cups)
Broth of your choice

5 ml (1 tsp)
Thyme

15 ml (1 tbsp)
Fresh basil

5 ml (1 tsp)
Fresh oregano

5 ml (1 tsp)
Non-hydrogenated margarine Nuvel

to taste
Pepper, salt
Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over low heat about 60 minutes
