Delicious Cabbage Soup recipe!

  • Serves hot
Ingredients
  • 1 Carrot into small pieces
  • 1 stalk celery, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1250 ml (5 cups) Broth of your choice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Thyme
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Fresh basil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Fresh oregano
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Non-hydrogenated margarine Nuvel
  • to taste Pepper, salt

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan Cook over low heat about 60 minutes Accompany this dish with fresh salad
