Grilled Asparagus and Prosciutto Panini

A healthy sandwich that is sure to please! —juliaaa_guliaaa

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 2 pieces garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 pieces asparagus
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 4 pieces prosciutto
  • 4 pieces swiss cheese
  • 4 (3oz) pieces ciabatta bread
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Mince garlic
  2. Mix into mayonnaise
  3. Brush ciabatta with mayonnaise.
  4. Layer sandwich with cheese, meat, arugula, asparagus.
  5. Grill in a panini press.
  6. Enjoy with something filling and light like chilled strawberry soup!
