When I was training for a figure competition I ate this everyday for 5 weeks for breakfast and never got tired of it! There are endless variations but I love wimple cake+spray butter+rasberry jam. —kabralynn

  • Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 packets no calorie sweetner
  • 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jam of choice

Directions
  1. mix first 5 ingredients well and pour into pan over medium heat. makes 3 pancakes. top with spray butter, jam and maple syrup....yum!!!!
