When I was training for a figure competition I ate this everyday for 5 weeks for breakfast and never got tired of it! There are endless variations but I love wimple cake+spray butter+rasberry jam. —kabralynn
Ingredients

1/2 cup
oatmeal
-
6
egg whites
-
1/2 tablespoon
cinnamon
-
2 packets
no calorie sweetner
-
2 tablespoons
chunky peanut butter
-
2 tablespoons
jam of choice
Directions
-
mix first 5 ingredients well and pour into pan over medium heat. makes 3 pancakes. top with spray butter, jam and maple syrup....yum!!!!
