This dish was always requested by my father-n-law when they would come to visit. I love the blend of cheddar and Velvetta cheese along with the soft and crunch of the texture. My son now asks for this side salad to be made about once a month. —Simply Gourmet
What You'll Need
cubed cheddar or jack cheese
cubed Velvetta cheese
Hardboiled eggs, diced
Lawrys salt to taste
In a large colander, run your frozen peas under water to thaw. Keep them firm but not frozen. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients and gently mix. Add more mayonnaise if you like your salad creamier.
