Directions
-
Brown sliced sausage in 2 T olive oil, add onion, cook til translucent.

Add carrots, cook 5 min, add potatoes, water & seasonings, cook til potatoes done.

Remove 1 C potatoes & puree. Add kale & cook 10-15 min.
