Ingredients
- Ahi Tuna

ahi tuna steak

blackening seasoning (paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon pepper)

2 tablespoons
olive oil
- cabbage slaw

1 bunch
cilantro
-
1 bunch
green onion
-
1 tablespoon
chopped garlic

1 tablespoon
minced ginger

3 tablespoons
soy sauce
-
1
diced jalepeno
-
1
head o' cabbage
-
sriracha to taste

lemon
Directions
-
heat olive oile on medium heat
take ahi steak and heavily season
sear on all sides in skillet about 1 min each side
top with lemon
set aside

dice jalepeno and soak in soy sauce
dice cilantro
dice cabbage in strips
chop up green onion
toss all ingredients in lemon juice, some soy sauce and sriracha if you like it hot..
plate with cabbage on bottom
slice ahi and lay atop
add more lemon
add jalepenos on side
