Serves 2-4

  • 2-4 Fillet or Rib Eye
  • 1 cup Blue cheese
  • 1 bottle of cooking red wine Your favorite of course
  • 1 1/2 clove of garlic if you like
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 handful green onion
  • 2-4 tamatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. I wont tell you how to cook your steak. u can can do it on the grill, or stove top. Please cook it to your perfection
  2. Your choice, I like my meat medium rare juicy to every cut.
  3. in a medium pot pour full bottle of wine add onion and garlic, stir on medium heat until it has reduced to half.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add blue cheese. continue to stir until cheese has fully melted.
  5. pour sauce over your steak and add chopped green onions over the top and a slice of tomato on the side with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
  6. salt and pepper to taste
