This a simple recipe to give a little sweetness and what is it kick to any drink . I love to add the syrup to lemonade and cocktails. Check out my recipe a Refreshing Watermelon Margarita.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups White Granulated Sugar ~ Organic works well too
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Vanilla Bean Split
  • 2 sprigs Mint - Torn to Pieces
Directions
  1. 1.Add sugar and water to a sauce pan and simmer at a medium – low heat for about a minute. Add Vanilla bean and Mint and cook down till the sugar dissolves to syrup.
