IM 65 YRS OLD AND RECENTLY RETIRED. I LOVE TO COOK AT HOME WITH MY WIFE. THIS RECIPE WAS HANDED DOWN THRU MANY YEARS OF FAMILY GATHERINGS. MY GREAT GRANDMA, GRANDMA, MY MOM AND ULTIMATELY TO MY WIFE AND I. THE LEMON EXTRACT WAS MY WIFES IDEA AND SOME LIKE IT AND SOME DONT. I USE A KITCHEN AIDE 600 PROFESSIONAL MIXER AND KA ICE CREAM MAKER ATTACHMENT. TAKES 30-45 MINUTES TO FREEZE. CAUTION!! THIS STUFF IS COLD AND IF YOU EAT IT TO FAST YOU WILL GET A HUGE DOSE OF BRAIN FREEZE. (YIKES) —BRUCE ABBOTT
