My Rice Pilaf

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups noodles, fine, broken
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup rice, long grain
  • 1 onion, medium, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herb
Directions
  1. Saute noodles in butter until lightly browned.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover and simmer til done; about 25 minutes.
