Ingredients

noodles, fine, broken

1/2 cup
butter

1 cup
rice, long grain

onion, medium, chopped

2 cups
chicken broth

1 1/2 cups
water

3/4 teaspoon
salt

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper

1/2 teaspoon
dried herb
Directions

Saute noodles in butter until lightly browned.

Add all remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover and simmer til done; about 25 minutes.
