I made this a few weeks ago and really enjoyed having it on the stove on a cold winter's day. In the future, I may reduce or omit the amount of honey, or perhaps the juice? It became a little too sweet towards the end of the day, but that may also be because the liquid reduced and the sweetness became more concentrated as the day went on. Regardless, it was simple and delicious!
