I have been on a quest for new spirits and came across "Root," the spirit responsible for Root Beer. It packs a big punch and smells like that oh so sugary drink. I thought to put it with some bubbles, a great American Ale. I then rounded it out with some citrus. —juan-carlos valadez

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces local ale, I used Magic Hat #9
  • 4 ounces Ginger beer
  • 2 ounces Root liqueur
  • 1 ounce orange liquer
Directions
  1. Use a cold pint glass and put the orange and Root liqueur.
  2. Then add the cold ginger beer Lastly add your Ale beer.
