Ingredients
  • 6 pounds Pork butt or shoulder
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 pounds Carrots
  • 2 pounds Sweet potates
  • 1 Celery root
  • 3 Parsnips
  • 2 to 3 Bottle of dark beer
  • Chicken stock
Directions
  1. Saute pork add onions carrots and rest of vegetables all vegetables cut to same size. Add beer and chic stock to cover and cover pot. Low fire for 3 hours
